As I am taking on new clients, I finally got some posts finished over at LinkedIn today and I wanted to share them with my blog friends as well.
Anyone can write, but not everyone can write really well. And far fewer are the ones who 
write really well and can effectively proofread their own work. The truth is simple; it is far easier to proofread someone else’s work than to objectively work on your own.

Okay, I am seriously bummed that I just heard about this one today, 2 days after sign ups have stopped. Many of you may have been aware of NaNoWriMo, the National Novel Writing Month challenge that I blogged about here. But, apparently, I was quite unaware of another “NaMo” on the block. NaBloPoMo is the National Blog Post Month challenge and it has been around for a few years.
Before my other blog crashed, I did a vlog challenge which required me to post a video blog post every day in March. It took a lot of work, but I did get through it (relatively) unscathed. I think that this challenge is what I need to get back in the swing of writing on a regular basis. Unfortunately, I learned about it today and found that it is too late to sign on for this month. But, it does look like they have other months that the challenge operates in, some with specific prompts and themes. I might look into December.
If nothing else, it reminded me of those long lost videos, a few of which might be worth preserving here as a Blast From the Past post, as it were.
And it seriously brings up the fact that I have been quite remiss about posting on a regular basis. Sorry. I will try to do better!
